Thai foot massage is an invigorating massage of the lower legs and feet. The therapist uses a small, smooth wooden stick to stimulate the reflex points of the feet (similar to reflexology) to promote general health and wellbeing. The Sen lines of the feet and legs are also stimulated helping restore balance and a good flow of energy round the body.
It can help to improve the circulation of the legs and feet, remove toxins from the body, reduce stiffness in the joints and muscles of the legs and feet, improve flexibility in the ankles and feet, reduce stress, tension and anxiety levels, and increase energy levels.
