RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) is ideal for those seeking a more in-depth and targeted approach to therapy. It combines the most beneficial principles of Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, NLP, CBT and Inner Child Work. If traditional therapies haven’t fully addressed your issues, RTT might be the next step.
The treatment involves a 21-day plan that works with the subconscious mind to create lasting change. It’s a collaborative healing process between you and your therapist, which focuses on creating a unique personalised solution suited to you and your needs.
RTT is for you if you desire significant change and are ready to understand and detach from past events, experiences or unhealthy influences in your life. RTT method undoes the original unhelpful conditioning and instead installs new beliefs to dramatically improve your quality of life.
It is different to traditional hypnotherapy, because RTT goes back to the original root of the problem and removes it for good. The sessions normally last around three hours and, for most issues, you would only need one treatment to resolve the issue completely.
Most of my RTT clients choose this method over other therapies because they are dealing with persistent emotional or behavioural patterns that haven’t shifted despite trying traditional talk therapy, coaching, or self-help tools. What draws them to RTT is its rapid, root-cause-focused transformation — often in just one session.
Here are the most common issues treated by RTT:
1. Anxiety and Overwhelm
For Clients who suffer from chronic anxiety, panic attacks, or a sense of dread. They turn to RTT when they feel like their anxiety has a “deep origin” that hasn’t been addressed through CBT or general counselling.
RTT goes straight into the subconscious to uncover and reprogram the beliefs that fuel anxiety to their opposite, like “I’m now safe”.
2. Low Self-Esteem & Self-Worth
Those stuck in self-doubt, imposter syndrome, or self-sabotage often feel like no amount of affirmations or coaching can turn off their inner critic.
RTT reveals the root of the belief (“I’m not enough,” “I’m a failure”) and rewires it at the subconscious level, making it possible for confidence to take root.
3. Relationship & Attachment Issues
For Clients who find themselves in repeating patterns, e.g. attracting emotionally unavailable partners, fear of abandonment, or emotional dependence – RTT often connects the dots between early attachment wounds and present behaviour, and allows them to be healed faster through reframing whilst in the state of hypnosis.
4. Trauma & Emotional Triggers
While RTT is not a trauma therapy per se, many clients come with unresolved childhood or relational trauma. They often want permanent relief from phobias, or other unwanted emotional reactions.
RTT doesn’t require endlessly rehashing the trauma — instead it gently brings up the subconscious meaning formed during the experience and changes it to a healthier one.
If you’re excited about life without the current problem and believe in positive change, RTT could be the perfect option for you!
